Registration

  • Registration type is for College Park area Restaurants only (traditional 'brick and mortar' business; not a food truck/trailer), wishing to participate as a food Vendor, within the footprint of the Event. Restaurant must be located within the College Park Main Street's boundary and you must be an active Business Member. **Please email billie@collegeparkmainstreet.com to confirm membership status and request code for registration; please indicate in notes if electric is needed/requested**
  • Partner, Supporter and Visionary Members receive vendor booths as part of their member benefit package (vendor spaces are limited; please register early). **Please email billie@collegeparkmainstreet.com to confirm available promo/membership status, and request code for registration**
  • Registration type is for College Park area Restaurants only (traditional 'brick and mortar' business; not a food truck/trailer), wishing to participate as a food Vendor, within the footprint of the Event. Restaurant must be located within the College Park Main Street boundary and you must be an active College Park Main Street Member. This registration type requests electric be provided to the Vendor space (Vendor does not have their own source of power, and/or needs electric for service and/or prep).
  • This registration type is for College Park area Restaurants only (traditional 'brick and mortar' business; not a food truck/trailer), wishing to participate as a food Vendor, within the footprint of the Event. Restaurant must be located within the College Park Main Street boundary and you must be an active Member. This registration type does not need electric provided to their Vendor space (Vendor has own source of power, and/or does need electric for service and/or prep).
  • Traditional Vendor, located on Vendor Row. No Onsite Food Preparation. Basic electric will be provided at Vendor Space; Vendor must bring/provide own cords in order to connect to source of electric.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  1. College Park JazzFest is a rain or shine event.
  2. ALL FOOD VENDORS (Food Trucks, Food Tents, Food Carts, etc.) - please complete a food vendor application (click here for application). Return completed application to jeff@collegeparkmainstreet.com  If you have questions call 407-392-1717 or email jeff@collegeparkmainstreet.com Do not register through this site. The Event Committee is reviewing all applications in order to ensure no duplication of offerings. Once reviewed, you will be contacted with the committee's determination, and if your application is accepted, you will be issued confirmation and the event invoice. Thank you!
  3. No refunds. Includes, but not limited to, weather, failure to adhere to Terms & Conditions, and/or Vendor no-shows.
  4. All Vendors must be registered and confirmed through this system in order to work/set-up at this event. Non-registered persons/groups will be asked to leave immediately.
  5. All Vendors must sign and submit College Park Main Street's Hold Harmless/Indemnification Form in order to participate in event (will be sent to name/email on file, at time of registration). Failure to submit signed document will deny Vendor access to the event. 
  6. Vendor is responsible for Occupational and other licenses, as required by law:       
    • Proof of Liability Insurance, listing the College Park Main Street as an Additional Insured, is required for ALL Vendors (if you are not required to carry Liability Insurance, please contact College Park Main Street's office to discuss other options). Failure to submit proof of insurance/Additional Insured (COI) will deny Vendor access to the event.
    • Food Vendor is required to have food service license and must comply with all state laws and regulations.
    • Alcohol Vendor is required to have the appropriate permit, submitted to the CPMS office via email no later than 1 week prior to event, and must comply with all state laws and regulations.
  7. Upon registration, Vendor must specify any special needs and/or location preferences (due to Vendor booth type, size, product, etc.). The Event Planning Committee will make every effort to accommodate, but does not guarantee requests will be honored.
  8. Vendor spaces are 10’ X 10’; Vendor is responsible for providing a tent and lighting, as well as other item necessary to run/maintain the booth (i.e. table, table cloth, decorations).
  9. Vendors, their employees and/or representatives must remain in the confines of their Vendor Space (the area under, directly adjacent to, and extending from vendor space) while working; Vendors may not roam the event grounds in order to sell and/or advertise their product/merchandise/service. This requirement applies to political campaigns, polling, research companies, data collectors, etc. You will be asked to leave if you are found roaming the event grounds soliciting your business/service.
  10. Food Truck / Food Vendors must select/pay the correct registration level, and indicate their need for electric.
  11. All Vendors are responsible for their own extension cord(s) in order to connect to electricity. We do NOT provide extension cords or lighting for Vendor tents/areas.
  12. Non-food Vendors may NOT give away or sell any food or drink products; promotional give-away of food and/or drink is strictly prohibited.
  13. Vendor Check-In & Set-Up begins at 3PM - NO early arrivals.
  14. ALL Vendors’ must check-in at the location given to them by email prior to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  15. Vendor must abide by all rules & regulations, including directions provided at check-in/arrival.
  16. Failure to adhere to instructions may deny Vendor entry to this (forfeiture of registration fee) and future events.

  17. Vendor is responsible for maintaining their booth area at all times, and must keep their space tidy and remove all trash (during event and at tear down).
  18. Vendor, or a representative of your business, is required to remain in and/or with the booth throughout the entire event - vendor spaces may not be left empty during the event.
  19. Booth tear down is 11PM; early tear down will deny entry to future CPMS events.
  20. There is no Vendor exclusivity of product, and registration is 1st come 1st serve. The Promotions Committee will make every effort to limit the duplication of products, and reserves the right to deny registration if too many of one Vendor type has been submitted.
  21. The Promotions Committee will manage the admittance of Vendors, and reserves the right to deny registration to any Vendor that is not proper for this event.
